Knights

The Knights are a team formed in 2007 specifically for children with special needs whether that be educational, physical or emotional. The team play "Tag Rugby" which is a non-impact variety of rugby union and the training sessions are based primarily on fun with the introduction of fitness, hand/eye coordination, team work, respect and discipline.
